| CONDITIONS | All prices are per week. Inclusive of electricity & water, also the computer with permanent Internet access. Bed linen and towels are provided. Longer lets are possible and the price is subject to negotiation, depending
on the length of your stay. A charge of € 45 per let, will be made for laundry, linen hire and cleaning. | ||||||||||||||||
| ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE | The apartment will be ready from 14:30 onwards and should be vacated by 10:00 on the day of your departure. Please try to give us as accurate as possible an idea of your arrival time. Tel:+33 (0) 467 280 530 | ||||||||||||||||
| CANCELLATION | Please note that we will be unable to offer you a refund if you cancel your booking less than four weeks before your arrival date, unless we are able to obtain an alternative booking for the same period. We recommend you take
out your own cancellation insurance. | ||||||||||||||||
| SECURITY DEPOSIT | A key deposit to the value of € 150 in cash, is required on arrival, to secure against breakage, loss and damage. This deposit is refundable on departure. | ||||||||||||||||
| INSURANCE | No insurance cover is provided. All personal effects are your own responsibility at all times, all equipment is used at your own risk. | ||||||||||||||||
| PAYMENT | 25% deposit on booking - The balance is payable four weeks prior to your arrival. | ||||||||||||||||
